" My guest purred in a manner midway between Eartha Kitt and Meg Ryan in that diner as she set about her pan-fried veal" - Matthew Norman, The Sunday Telegraph
Roussillon’s trademark is the exquisite blend of French cuisine with the finest of British seasonal vegetables. The part played by vegetables is not only as ingredients of the main dishes but as separate individual dishes. In 1998 Roussillon pioneered the Garden Menu, a seven course tasting menu created entirely with fruit and vegetables. Our menu has a wide range of these dishes at all times.
Roussillon’s menu changes twice a season, led by the best British produce on offer. Our favourites include Blue Bembridge Lobster, Colchester Oysters, wild rabbit from the North Downs and Scottish venison. Herbs and vegetables are freshly picked each morning in Surrey. The cheeseboard leans towards the Gallic with some twenty ripe French cheeses.
Twitter updates for Roussillon are temporarily unavailable, but will be returning following our easter break.
